Our Philosophy
Q3 Consulting leverages a network of close contacts to support client assignments. We only partner with highly experienced senior industry executives to undertake engagements.

Q3 Consulting employs a flexible and agile workforce as required to best meet customer requirements. We often aim to tap into highly experienced industry executives who may be on career break, a stay at home parent or semi-retired. We undertake limited assignments each year, working only on assignments that are strongly aligned to our skills.

Q3 Consulting aims to minimise the cost of unnecessary overheads. With no fixed office, the consulting teams often embed themselves on client sites, work virtually or alternatively work from shared office / meeting spaces as required.

Q3 Consulting aims to minimise the requirement for travel, making use of virtual technologies such as Zoom as much as possible. This supports our goals of environmental responsibility, while also enabling us to tap into the valuable skill-base of stay at home parents.
Q3 Consulting aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
Engagements open the opportunity for collaboration with industry / clients on research projects, guest lecturing and case studies. Engagements also provide the opportunity for leading practice research be shared with client organisations or industry conferences.

To support analysis and in line with our vision to bridge industry and academia, Q3 Consulting often works with talented students to support client engagements. This allows experience or development for students while providing a source of analytical capability, innovation and new perspective for clients.
